About the Event
This one-woman show will warm your coddles. She's a cheesemaker and a cheesemonger. She's got the passion, the drive, and when you taste the cheese she makes, you might think you've died and gone to heaven. Learn what goes into the cheese-making process so you can fully appreciate the "joy" that your tastebuds will experence when they next take a bite. This is also a great time to learn about some wine pairings just in time for your Thanksgiving dinner.
