Guest Rooms
The Guilford Bed and Breakfast offers five guest rooms and can sleep twelve adults.
Children aged ten and older are welcome. Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets at this time.
We offer clean, vintage-styled rooms with comfortable beds, free parking onsite, Wi-Fi,
and a 24/7 self-serve Keurig coffee station.
Shared public areas include the dining room, library, sitting room and veranda.
A full gourmet breakfast is served to guests in the formal dining room.
Our friendly resident dog, Snickers, greets guests with a quick sniff and a tail waggle.

The Hudson
This spacious, corner room contains two comfortable, queen beds. Room faces northeast and overlooks stately trees, over 100 years old. Includes en suite bathroom and a charming seating area perfect for contemplation, reading, and conversation.
The Cummings
Victorian decor with an Asian theme, this spacious, luxury room has a four-corner post cherry queen bed, an original fireplace, and a large bay window. Enjoy the red plush seating area while you read or check emails. Feel pampered in the large, en suite bathroom.
The Rose
This lovely corner room faces northeast and overlooks old-growth trees. The self-serve coffee station is a step outside the room. The four corner post, comfy queen bed, writing desk and Victorian seating area is ideal for contemplation, reading, and conversation. Includes a private en suite bathroom.
The Dutchess
This carpeted, third-floor guest room faces north and has a comfortable queen bed for a great night's sleep. The antique dresser and vintage, plush, wing-back chair complete the ensemble. Bathroom is located across the hall and is shared.
The Isobel
This bright and sunny, corner room showcases a cozy and romantic, French-style decor. Snuggle up close in the full-size, antique bed suitable for a single or two bedfellows. The chaise lounge and writing desk suits day-dreamers, readers and writers. Room includes a private en suite bathroom.
